Buy credits to create technical files and order additional services such as FAST (File Assembly Support Team). You can buy credits anytime online, which are instantly added to your account. Credits are not needed for Enterprise customers, who are invoiced monthly.

Before you begin
Decide how many credits you wish to purchase. To create a technical file you will need a minimum of 2 credits. Please also ensure you have a valid payment method ready, iDeal, credit card, PayPal, WeChat Pay and bank transfer are all accepted.

Steps
- Log in to your ProductIP account.
- Navigate to the Credits section on the top right.
- Click Buy credits.
- Fill in all necessary information and click on Order to proceed.
- Click Pay online now, choose your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to finish the payment.
- The credits will be instantly available in your account, and a PDF invoice will be emailed to you. In the case of bank transfer please allow a few business days processing time.

- Monitor your account credit balance regularly.
- Use the calculator to help decide on the number of credits you need, click Calculate the number of credits you need during step 4.
- Plan larger purchases around anticipated needs, as an alternative plan may offer better value. Compare our plans and features here.
- Keep your billing information up-to-date to ensure a smooth purchasing process.
Troubleshooting
- Credits not appearing?
Refresh the page or log out and back in. The update is usually instant.
- Payment failed?
Verify whether your payment method details are correct, ensure validity or sufficient funds.
- No invoice received?
Check your email spam folder. The invoice is typically generated immediately.
