ProductIP helps you to create, manage and share all compliance evidence for your products in one place. Each tab and button has a specific function and provides valuable information. Below is an overview of each section to help you efficiently navigate the platform.

Steps
Log in to the ProductIP platform. You are automatically directed to the Technical Files section.
Navigate the upper row sections from left to right:

Your company logo |
| You can place your own company logo here. See Set up your company logo |
Technical files (highlighter with an orange stripe to indicate you are in this section) |
| An overview of your technical files. See Navigate your technical files |
Requirements lists |
| Only available to Professional and Enterprise plans. You can download and clone existing requirement lists or create new requirement lists that apply to your products. |
Suppliers |
| You can manage supplier performance by creating supplier profiles. See Create a supplier profile |
Requests |
| An overview of all pending and declined document requests and technical files requests and open issues related to these technical files. This section is only visible when there are active requests. |
Tasks |
| An overview of all tasks sorted per technical file. |
Invites |
| An overview of all the document requests and Verifeyer forms that have been sent out in your company account. |
Shares |
| An overview of all technical files that have been shared from your company account including the last status. |
Reports |
| You can generate operational reports (such as a list of technical files in your account, a list document categories and their compliance risk or a list of expired documents in technical files), as well as (supplier) performance reports. |
Dashboard |
| Only available to Professional and Enterprise plans. This provides an insight into critical metrics such as risks, supplier performance and operational progress in your productIP account. |
Knowledge center | You can search for information on product categories, specific requirements and resources. | |
Commercial plan |
| Essential subscription users can see available credits and buy more credits here. |
Platform updates |
| Overview of all published platform updates. Blue icon including a number refers to the number of updates you have yet to read. |
Account |
| You can Log in and switch accounts or Change the platform language |
Account settings |
| You can make changes to your profile, company account, regulatory settings, the address book or set notifications. |

- I don't see the mentioned tab or button
Please check with your company administrator to ensure you have the correct user rights. Essential and Advanced subscriptions do not include access to all functionalities. Contact our sales team to discuss your subscription plan.

FAQ
- Can I access Technical Files on all plans?
Yes, but some features like Requirements lists and Dashboard are limited to Professional and Enterprise plans.
